BAME in Games is an advocacy or special interest group that exists to encourage more diverse talent to work in the games and the wider entertainment industry. An advisory group lead by a part time Chair and Deputy Chairs, meeting every 3 months, will provide a clear point of contact for companies and organisations seeking to promote ethnic diversity in the games and entertainment sectors. Quarterly meetings are open to everyone.
The third quarterly meeting for BAME in Games will take place on 5 December at the offices of Ukie, 21-27 Lambs Conduit St., London WC1N 3NL. We will be gathering from 3.00 pm with the meeting starting promptly at 3.30 as we have much to discuss. We are also taking the opportunity to hold a networking lunch jointly with colleagues from Women in Games before the meeting at a recommended Italian restaurant. Further details on request.
An agenda will be sent closer to the time but if you have anything to raise on the agenda or any questions, please let me, David Smith or Kish Hirani know.
